What is a Certified Practicing Nutritionist?
Certified Practicing Nutritionists (CPN) are bachelor-degree qualified and credentials allied health care practitioners that work with clients, using diet and nutrition therapy to remediate disease, which is a unique quality of CPNs.
CPNs are qualified and ideally placed to work in allied health centres and your local medical centres. As primary care providers, a referral to see a CPN is not needed, however, GPs and other health professionals often refer to a CPN for their diligent assessments and unique nutrition prescribing capacity.
